A native of North Carolina, Elaina moved from Charlotte to St. Petersburg with her husband in 2013.  Elaina brings with her a background in both interior design and event planning, and values the importance of personal touches and an attention to detail.

At Cotton & Magnolia, Elaina marries her roots in Southern hospitality with a love for flowers to create natural, garden-style boutique floral designs.  Her designs offer an updated, sophisticated look that is eclectic and textural.
