Upon receipt of your inquiry, our very first step will be to confirm we have your date available. 

Once confirmed, we will set up a time for your initial consultation.  Initial consultations are usually done via phone, and can last up to an hour.  This will give us an opportunity to talk through your vision in a bit more detail.  Once we have more of a feel for your style and exactly what you are needing, we will be able to get a formal proposal together for you with pricing.

The only other thing we ask is that you send us a link to your Pinterest board and/or your inspiration pictures prior to our call, so that we will be able to reference things when we chat.

(Use Pinterest as a guide, not the gospel.  Remember that inspiration pictures don't have to be limited to flowers.  Pin things that inspire you - flowers, shapes, colors, styles.  We will pull inspiration from these to create a design that is totally and uniquely your own.)

Proposals usually take about a week, and will be sent via email.  It is a line-item quote, meaning you will see each thing that we talked about listed individually.  It will also include any set-up/delivery/ breakdown fees and sales tax.

You will hear this repeated, but we truly mean it when we say that your initial proposal is just a place to start.  We want your honest feedback.  Please do not be afraid to ask questions.  We will use this document as a guide to fine-tune your order, ensuring we get everything exactly where it needs to be.

When/If you are ready to book, there is a contract and a deposit.  Receipt of both of these items is what officially gets your event on our calendar.

We will reach out to you about 4 weeks before your event date to schedule our final consultation.  These usually only take about 15 - 20 minutes, and are just a time for us to confirm the final details one last time before we place our flower orders - it's things like delivery times, ribbon colors, and final centerpiece counts.

Finally, any final balance amounts are due paid in full 2 weeks before your event.
